DR

DR is a completed contemporary home in Chennai, composed as a sequence of warm, tactile volumes.

The façade balances textured stone, wood tones, white plaster, and a terracotta screen that filters light while giving the home a distinct street presence. Deep openings and layered balconies create shade, privacy, and a gradual transition from street to interior.

At night, carefully placed lighting brings the material palette to life. The result is a home that feels composed and welcoming from every angle.
